Collection: Wireless Call Buttons

Below is a short overview to help you understand our product range and system capabilities.

One-button solution — a simple and reliable option. The guest presses the button, and the staff receives the call immediately.

The button with call confirmation \ cancellation is the same single-button model, but with a long press function that only staff are aware of. The employee confirms receipt of the request, and the call information disappears from the displays and pagers. This reduces the number of repeat calls and directly increases the speed of service.

Three-button remote lets the guest choose the reason for the call, such as a waiter, the bill, or the menu. This makes service clearer and more predictable. Labels can be customized.

Six-button remote is used by staff and is especially useful in the kitchen, allowing quick calls to a specific waiter or area.

Durable housings are made for daily use and resist cleaning chemicals, UV light, and temperature changes.

Operating range is 150–200 meters in line of sight and works reliably through walls. Coverage can be extended with repeaters.

Battery life is 3–5 years, supported by an extended 3-year warranty.

Flexible system design allows different button types to work together at one site — from simple buttons to multi-button remotes — as one unified system.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Can one button call several staff members?

Yes. One button can send a signal to several pagers or displays at the same time.

Can one pager receive calls from different buttons?

Yes. This is a standard way the system works.

Can you pre‑configure the system for us?

Yes. We help with system setup — this is a standard part of our service.

Can different buttons and receivers be used together?

Yes. One system can use different types of buttons, pagers, and displays.

What is the working range of the system?

Up to 150–200 meters in open space. Inside buildings, the signal passes through walls and works reliably in most cases.

How can the working range be increased?

Signal repeaters are used. They receive and repeat the signal to extend the coverage area. The idea is similar to a mobile network or mesh system.

Will the system interfere with other wireless networks?

No. SOLT works in a different frequency band and does not interfere with Wi‑Fi, LoRa, Zigbee etc.

How long does one battery last?

On average, up to 5 years or about 30,000 button presses.

Can the equipment be used in wet areas?

Yes. Most devices are resistant to moisture and accidental spills.
The SB3, SB7 button series is especially durable. In addition to water resistance, the surface has a urethane coating that helps prevent mold and algae. This makes it a popular choice for pools, SPA areas, and yachts.
Pagers are resistant to splashes and short contact with water, but they are not designed for long water immersion.

How are the buttons mounted?

Buttons are mounted using a sticky silicone pad included in the package. No drilling or surface damage is required.

Is a receiver included with the button?

No. Pagers and displays are purchased separately.

Can a call be canceled or confirmed so other staff do not respond?

Yes. Some models support call confirmation or cancellation.
Three‑button buttons (for example, SB9) have a separate confirm button. One‑button models use a long‑press function. This helps close the call and avoids duplicate staff actions

Are there setup instructions available?

Yes. Simple step‑by‑step video guides are available in the Support section.

Are any special permissions required to use the system?

No. The system works in a license‑free radio frequency band. No special permissions are required.

What warranty is provided?

36 months — buttons, displays, signal repeaters, radio modems
12 months — pagers, clips, power supplies, and accessories.

Can the buttons be branded?

Yes. Branding options are available. Please contact a manager for details.
